Amiable Consultants ("we", "us") operates this dMRV portal. This policy explains what personal data we process, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account data - your name and email address, used to give you access to your Monitoring Reports.
• Security & activity logs - sign-in times, IP address, device/browser, and which reports you open, kept to protect the account and provide an audit trail for verification bodies.
• Content you or your administrator upload - monitoring reports and supporting files.

How we use it

To authenticate you, show you the reports assigned to your organisation, maintain security, and meet the traceability expectations of Gold Standard and validation/verification bodies. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies: a signed session cookie to keep you logged in, a CSRF token to protect forms, and a small cookie that records your acknowledgement of this notice. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are used.

Retention & security

Data is retained for as long as your account is active or as required for carbon-project record-keeping, then deleted or archived. Access is restricted, transport is encrypted (HTTPS), and passwords are stored only as salted hashes.
